The position reports to the BUSP Controlling organization and contributes to the key financial analytics and planning activities of the Business Unit: Services & Performance Narrow mid-web (BUSP - NMW).
By its nature, the position requires a high level of financial expertise applied in the industrial manufacturing and service environment. This also implies a strong capacity to conduct cross functional reviews throughout the Group organization, in more than 15 countries.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Closing & Planning activities**
- Monthly closing activities: accruals, reporting, Management P&L, variances analysis.
- Planning activities: budget and forecast process, in conjunction with the stakeholders across the organization.
- Active contribution to continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing the current processes, in collaboration with main stakeholders.
- If required, ad hoc analysis.
**Profitability analysis**
- Monitoring the profitability of the Business unit and measure goal achievement
- Definition and implementation of new KPIs and reporting to provide our stakeholders with robust tools to support them in their decisions.

**Competencies and Skills**:
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively with multiple legal Entities and Business Units in multiple countries.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Senior and Middle-Level Management.
- Result oriented with strong business partnering skills and mentality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Drive and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills.
**Education and other skills**:
- Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling.
- At least 5 to 10 years’ experience gained in Industrial Multinational Companies.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI CO, of Business Intelligence (BI) and of one consolidation tool (e.g. OneStream).
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken), German and/or Italian a serious advantage

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
It also trains each year roughly 200 apprentices. The site offers an idyllic work environment. In the countryside and close to major highways, it is also well served by public transport. It offers many amenities, such as a corporate restaurant, sports fields, a fitness and a nursery. The facilities have been recently renovated and represent a model for sustainable development.
