Enova is looking for a Senior Business Manager willing to start their own Business Unit within our Geneve office
You will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:
- Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology, engineering, and life sciences sectors.
- Developing your network and your customer portfolio
- Recruiting the best talents
- Managing the projects and careers of your consultants
With the trainings and support of Senior Managers, you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level
In a strong growth context in Switzerland, you will evolve quickly inside the organization
Requirements- Your graduated from a Bachelor / Master Business or Engineering School
- You have 2-3 years minimum of experience in Business Development, ideally in IT Consulting or Life Science
- You are comfortable with cold acquisition
- You are an outgoing person and love interacting with people
- You speak English and German, Swiss German is a big plus
- You are motivated to join a dynamic young team
