Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure the Kanadevia Inova Group meets all legal and regulatory requirements, developing and overseeing compliance programs across departments to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations  
  • Policy & Risk Management: Develop compliance policies, assess risks,corrective actions
  • Training & Awareness: Lead compliance training and ensure staff understanding of obligations
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and report findings to stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update compliance programs as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Law, Business Administration or related field, with a focus on Compliance. A Master’s Degree or relevant certification in Compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably within the engineering or construction or renewable energy industry
  • Languages: English and German
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently,collaboratively in a team environment
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
