We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure The KVI Group meets all legal and regulatory requirements, developing and overseeing compliance programs across departments to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
- Policy & Risk Management: Develop compliance policies, assess risks, and implement corrective actions
- Training & Awareness: Lead compliance training and ensure staff understanding of obligations
- Auditing & Reporting: Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and report findings to stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update compliance programs as needed
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Law, Business Administration or related field, with a focus on Compliance. A Master’s Degree or relevant certification in Compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably within the engineering, construction, or renewable energy industry
- Languages: English and German
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
