Your role:

Ensuring the effective execution of the EMEA distribution strategy in Switzerland by working closely with the local team and with the Head of Institutional Clients. You will be responsible for developing Family Office clients in Switzerland, with the aim of growing AUM with existing and new clients while ensuring local coordination of product development, sales, marketing, client services and local functions for the execution of the Swiss business’ strategy. You will also be expected to position Invesco as the most client centric asset management firm with fund solutions across multiple asset classes, and a focus on private market offerings.

What we are we looking for:

Establishing relationships with Family Offices

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, generating commitments for comingled open and closed ended fund structures, mandates as well as fund flows (e.g. Direct Lending, Distressed Debt, global Real Estate funds, etc.

Maintaining a long list of potential clients in private market products

Developing and executing the private market client engagement plan

Gathering and maintaining product knowledge of our wide range of private market strategies

Working in close collaboration with Head of Private Markets EMEA to support and execute fund raising efforts

Supporting product line development by raising attention on perceived market trends

Working closely with product development in structuring products for specific client segments

Working in close collaboration with local distribution and client service teams to engage with clients and support our strong team approach

Ensuring all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles

What you can bring:

Deep understanding of different client needs and requirements 

Relevant sales experience of private markets to institutional clients

Relevant experience as Sales and Client Relationship Manager within an international firm

Proven track record in participating in finals and winning new business

Proven list of existing relationships with relevant investors

In-depth knowledge of private markets, especially in private debt and global real estate strategies

Solid knowledge of Swiss institutional market: regulated and unregulated clients

Solid investment know how, ability to represent broad range of private market capabilities

Strong team player

Highly motivated and self starter with a high entrepreneurial spirit

Enthusiastic about investing and creating outcomes for clients

Solid German and English language skills
