Das Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals) innerhalb der Organisation Pharmaceutical Development & Supplies, Biologics EU befasst sich mit der Herstellung von klinischen Prüfpräparaten zur parenteralen Applikation (Spritzen, Vials für flüssig & lyophilisierte Produkte) unter Anwendung moderner und hoch automatisierter Abfüllanlagen. Der Betriebsbereich beliefert hierbei weltweit klinische Studien der Phasen I, II & III ausgehend aus dem reichhaltigen R&D Portfolio an neuen, innovativen und hochaktiven Arzneistoffe.

Als Spezialist/in für Kalibrierung, Monitoring und Utilities sind Sie als Teil des Teams für die Sicherstellung des cGMP-Status unserer prozessunterstützenden Anlagen (Utilities) verantwortlich. Sie planen und führen selbständig Kalibrierungen, Qualifizierungen und Revalidierungen durch. Als Teil eines Teams von Experten optimieren sie bestehende Systeme, lösen technische Problemstellung und koordinieren die Durchführung von Änderungen an Anlagen und Prozesssystemen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Durchführung von Tätigkeiten und Erstellung der Dokumentation zur Validierung, Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung an prozessunterstützenden Anlagen im aseptischen Arbeitsumfeld

Koordination und Ausführung von Änderungen und Optimierungen an Prozessanlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern (Werkstatt, Automation, Engineering, Qualitätssicherung) und externen Dienstleistern

Erstellen von Deviation Reports (UPEs), Change Control Dokumenten (PEs) sowie betriebsbegleitenden SOPs im Zusammenhang mit dem Verantwortungsgebiet

Mitarbeit bei der Abklärung von Anlagenproblemen, Prozess-Abweichungen und technischen Optimierungen

Für diese Stelle verfügen Sie über die folgenden Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Science Pharmazie, Pharmatechnik, Biotechnologie) beziehungsweise in einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung oder Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Prozessnebenanlagen im aseptischen Arbeitsumfeld bzw. Validierung, Qualifizierung, Monitoring, Kalibrierungen und Automation

Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Betreiben, Validierung, Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung von Prozessnebenanlagen (Utilities, HVAC, Kühlräume) in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld

Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an komplexen, hochautomatisierten Anlagen 

Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine exakte Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit auch unter zeitlicher Belastung

Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

Sichere Anwendung und sehr gute Kenntnisse von Standard-PC Programmen und produktionsunterstützenden IT-Systemen (Veeva, SAP)

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
