Unser Sitz in Basel ist mit flexiblen Arbeitsplätzen ausgestattet die frei gebucht werden können. Zu regelmäßigen Meetings für den persönlichen Austausch treffen wir uns dort. Remote Work ist selbstverständlich inbegriffen.

Ihre Rolle in unserem Team

Prozess-Design:

Sie analysieren die Themen entlang des gesamten System-Lebenszyklus, von der Prozess- und Fit-Gap-Analyse, über Anwenderanforderungen und Spezifikationen, Implementierungskonzepte und deren Umsetzung bis hin zum anschließenden operativen Betrieb Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung und Validierung der Systeme und IT-Prozesse bei unseren Kunden der Life-Sciences Sie erstellen Stammdatenkonzepte und definieren Kommunikationsmodelle Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Betrieb und IT und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen

Implementierung:

Sie erstellen die Prozeduren gemäß Vorgabe aus dem Prozess-Design und leiten notwendige Systemkonfigurationen ab Durchführung der Konfigurierungs- und Implementierungsarbeiten Überführung und Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse in MES-Rezept Sie beraten die Projektmitglieder hinsichtlich möglicher Integrationslösungen Sie erstellen Machbarkeitsstudien zur Lösung von Prozessherausforderungen im System Sie arbeiten aktiv beim Kundensupport mit

Ihr Profil

Sie besitzen eine IT-Ausbildung bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Pharmazie, Life Sciences oder Biotech Ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer anderen relevanten Fachrichtung ist ein Plus Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von MES-Rezepten in der regulierten Industrie sind von Vorteil Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kreativität und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz Reisebereitschaft Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
