- AREA MANAGER PRODUCTION (F/M/D)**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for the planning, control and supervision of a production area
- Disciplinary leadership of team leaders
- Further development of standards and their instructions
- Responsibility for the achievement of KPI's
- Representation of the production area at the store floor meeting
- Sustainable quality improvement of our products through detailed production analysis and solution oriented improvement
- Planning of further training measures for the development of the employees
- Active communication with the development and design department

**Qualifications**:

- Training as an Professional of Metal Production and Management or as a technician (f/m/d)
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Motivated personality with first management experience
- Business management, production management and quality understanding
- Communication skills, independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial flair
- German and English spoken and written
- MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Familiarity with MES systems
