Mission

As an HR Business Partner, you play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, managing day-to-day operational HR topics, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and making our people a real competitive edge for the business. You possess a solid background in Human resources management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide and mentor a junior team member.


Responsibilities

Business Partnership : Act as the operational, trusted HR advisor and business partner for managers and their teams. Provide support and answers to all employees within a specific population, and implement appropriate actions and solutions as necessary. Collaboration: Work closely with the local HR team, as well as Corporate HR, to share insights, best practices, and drive initiatives. Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify staffing needs, recruit, and hire talented candidates. Ensure the onboarding process is smooth and effective. Performance and Talent Management: Follow performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Conduct regional talent reviews, focusing on talent grids, identifying high potentials, and reviewing succession plans and related career plans for key positions. Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant. Lead efforts to maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities. Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness and employee engagement. Supervision and Coaching: Provide direct oversight, guidance, and mentorship to an HR Consultant, ensuring her professional growth and development. Offer constructive feedback, set clear performance expectations, and facilitate skill-building opportunities. HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


Requirements / Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong team player with excellent coaching and mentoring skills;  Proven ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions. Exceptional organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Fluent in French and English.
