ASAP: PM Traceability System Implementation

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, detailing scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Coordinate with process owners to create process maps visualizing workflows, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Work closely with IT, supply chain, production, and quality teams across our clients' operations and subsidiaries for seamless traceability system integration.
  • Support IT in evaluating and selecting vendors for system components.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of the traceability system.
  • Assist in developing training programs for end-users and support change management to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.
  • Provide regular status updates to the workstream accountable, project manager, and governance board.




  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with traceability systems and coordinating the implementation of processes and IT solutions; practical experience in consumer goods manufacturing and/or process industries is essential.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with various resources and roles, including technical staff, business staff, and vendors.
  • Experience with both custom-built systems and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their integration challenges.
  • Experience in leading projects that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage progress, address deviations, and replan according to new conditions.
  • Capable of planning and leading work independently while being a strong team player; must be a very strong, clear, and motivating communicator.
  • Master's degree in Food Science, Business, or (Project) Management.
