Mechanical PM vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.

Your tasks:

• Representing the company towards the customer and being responsible for the contract fulfilment
• Managing commercial and technical projects including organization breakdown, work breakdown structure, work packages, project phasing and milestone achievement planning.
• Organizing Project Team communication with Group Heads and with the customer continuously monitor, controlling and reporting project costs, sales, risks, schedule and progress
• Preparing change proposals and claims as well as leading the negotiation with the customer project team and implementing the changes
• Overseeing Up-to-date Scheduling, Project Controlling, Project Reporting, Project Management in ERP, Risk Management and Resource Demand Management
• Concluding the project closeout, obtaining regular customer feedback, and supporting marketing and sales activities

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex customer projects, including contract and claim management
• Technical proficiency within mechanics and mechatronics for ultra precision applications along with a commercial focus
• Well-versed with recognizing and exploiting Risk and Reward scenarios
• Familiarity with optimizing project contribution margins and cash flows by reducing costs or increasing sales
• Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken

• Results-oriented mindset with advanced analytical skills and self-responsibility
