Pour l'un de mes clients actif dans le domaine duluxe, je suis à la recherche d'un customer success officer pour uneentrée dès que possible :

Taux :100%

Type de mission : temporaire (jusque findécembre 2024)

RAISON D'ÊTRE DU POSTE

Assurer le suivides opérations logistiques end to end de RID VSG auprès des clientsinternes et externes.

Répondre auxdemandes des clients internes/externes, les informer proactivementdu suivi de leurs commandes et traiter les réclamations de manièrequalitative et dans le respect des délais.

IMPACT STRATEGIQUE

Donner proactivement de la visibilité end to end à nos clients internes ouexternes

Gérer le claims managementdans un délai prédéfini et coordonner les différentes actions avectoutes les parties prenantes

Garantirl'image de GIL/RID et de la qualité de la communication

Alerter le management et/ou les clients encas de déviance des flux et/ou délais de distribution end toend



IMPACT OPÉRATIONNEL

Traiter toutes lesdemandes écrites ou orales des clients internes ou externes dansl'heure (exceptés fuseaux horaires) avec diligence et en assurantune communication efficiente et respectueuse du milieuprofessionnel du luxe

Informer lesclients pro activement du suivi des exceptions du flux dedistribution end to end

Être le pointd'entrée et de coordination pour la gestion des claims à l'interneet à l'externe et être garant des délais du processus

Assurer un reporting régulier et permanentdes demandes clients et des claims
