Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing end-to-end ordering processes, and establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production planning, purchasing, and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to update monthly forecasts and execute in-depth analysis and KPI reporting as required.
  • Organize shipping activities, including temperature-controlled shipments, national and international transportation, and compliance with export licenses and global trade regulations.
  • Generate shipping documents, such as proforma invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
  • Contribute to the follow-up and execution of the monthly sales budget based on our invoicing process.
Requirements
  • Commercial or Supply Chain degree, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and order management position.
  • Additional experience in transportation organization and export activities is a plus.
  • Experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Customer service-oriented, rigorous, pragmatic, and able to have a global vision and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to collaborate across organizational functions and units.
  • Strong analytical skills, used to working with reporting and data.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP, and export management systems. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills.
