Your Tasks
Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with CustomersCollaborating with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activitiesWorking with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory mannerReviewing data collected from aircraft to identify potential issuesFollowing up with Customers for rapid return to serviceDeveloping and maintaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needsWith this you convince us
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Analytics, broad aerospace background advantageous, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areasProfessional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally importantStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataProficiency with IT Tools: Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German considered advantageousA Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hoursWhat we offer
