Client Service Director, Healthcare, Basel

Key Activities, duties and responsibilities:
Driving business development for new and existing accounts Day-to-day client interaction throughout project life cycle and client relationship Taking the lead and overall responsibility of the design of proposals and pitch for complex projects and higher value work Deliver impactful end to end research from set-up, design, and execution of projects with direct day-to-day interaction on project level with internal and external stakeholders Contributing and supporting in achieving financial targets of P&L from existing and new clientsSkills and experiences:
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or life sciences background Expert in developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships and ability to lead business development activities Ability to design research methods according to client business needs and product life cycle Thorough knowledge and experience of applying quantitative and qualitative research methodologies combined with a willingness to upskill on new and developing approaches Experience with innovative research methods is desired Interest in working with across a range of clients and diseases Native or fluent in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Embraces our core values to work together as ‘one team’- shares ideas and knowledgeOur offer:
