**Regional Director of Sales Operations Switzerland (m/w/d) 100%**

am Standort Basel.
- Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung der Umsatzströme
- Führung, Förderung und Motivation des Sales Teams von 5 Mitarbeitern
- Betreuung, Ausbau und Evaluierung des bestehenden Kundenstammes in der ganzen Schweiz
- RFP Managements: Überblick behalten über Verhandlungen und Support leisten
- Erstellung, Ausführung und Anpassung des Vertriebsaktionsplan und Kontrolle der Umsetzung
- Erstellung und Implementierung regionaler Promotions in Zusammenarbeit den Bereichen Operations, Revenue Management und Marketing
- Erstellen und Führen von Verkaufsstrategien für definierte Hotels in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Revenue Manager, Marketing sowie Segmentverantwortlichen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Budgets/ Forecast sowie Einhaltung der getroffenen Ziele
- Konkurrenz
- und Marktanalysen
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotellerie/ Tourismus oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie verfügen über entsprechende Marktkenntnisse und Kundenkontakte in den entsprechenden Segmenten (Geschäftsreisen, Veranstaltungsmarkt, Freizeittourismus etc.).
- Sozialkompetenz und eine authentische, natürliche Freundlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie zeichnen sich durch innovative Ideen aus, sind ein Verkaufs
- und Organisationstalent
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und weisen sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch, Englisch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil) sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise auf
- Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich
