Dein Job:

Du leitest das Team der Professional Area Manager in der Zone. Du förderst die professionelle Empfehlung der Marke Sonicare (MOR) und den Verkauf von Zoom Du analysiert die Aktivitäten vor Ort, bietest Anleitung, Unterstützung und Problemlösungsstrategien und setzt Prioritäten für Aktivitäten mit höherer MOR-Wirkung Du definierst regionale Geschäftspläne, um Ziele zu erreichen und leitest komplexe Projekte Unterstützung des Professional Marketing Managers bei dem Management von lokalen Kooperationen/Events und Partnerschaften auf Basis der WEU Strategie Kontinuierliches Coaching und Training der Professional Area Managers zur Sicherstellung der fachlichen Betreuung, Beratung und Schulung ihrer eigenen Kundenkreise (Bestands-/Neukunden) Beobachten von Markt und Wettbewerb und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Teilnahme an strategischen Meetings Ausrichtung und Begleitung wichtiger Prozesse (u.a. aktives CRM Salesforce Management, Warenplanung, und Anwendung spezifischer Software, Prozess-Tools und Plattformen), Marktbeobachtung, DP-Tracking- und MOR-Analysen (u.a.
