Key Account Manager

IBC recrute un Key Account Manager (H/F) pour une multinationale française spécialisée dans la fabrication de fruits et de produits laitiers.
Les principales responsabilités :
- Développer une stratégie de vente pour les clients KAM sur base de leurs besoins et attentes
- Analyse produits/assortiments
- Mesure de soutien et planning dactivités
- Préparation dossiers entretien
- Déplacements, visites des clients
- Suivi des clients, moyens damélioration et de développement
- Contrôle régulier des assortiments dans les magasins ou sur Internet
- Communication et soutien avec les plateformes des diverses clients
- Responsable du bon déroulement des dégustations chez ses comptes-clés
- Contrôle des dégustations sur place et analyse des résultats
- Responsable de tous les salons B2B
- Communication interne concernant les clients KAM : prix, activités, timing, volumes
- Création et mise à jour du plan daction
- Suivi contrôle des débiteurs : mesures et communication
Profile Requirements:
- Formation commerciale/ Diplôme Spécialiste en Vente ou / et CAS KAM;
- Expérience en tant que Key Account Manager (idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire);
- Bonne connaissance des produits et mise à jour de ces connaissances;
- Profil orienté technique du produit, connaissance du produit;
- Elaboration des stratégies clients;
- Gestion et suivi des relations clients;
- Bon sens commercial et une approche orientée vers le client;
- Créativité et capacité de communication;
- Langues : Français - allemand (bilingue), Anglais (bonnes connaissances);
- Travel is required for this position.
