Vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes : Participer à la production des comptes statutaires et groupes de notre entité centrale Définir le calendrier et animer la clôture comptable de nos succursales Garantir la bonne application des normes comptables selon les règles Groupe au sein de toutes les entités sous gestion Superviser et participer à la comptabilisation des factures de charges sociales pour toutes les entités du Groupe Réconcilier les comptes spécifiques RH en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements des ressources humaines de chaque entité (salaires, bonus, heures, etc.) Réconcilier les remboursements maladie, accident et maternité pour toutes les entités sous gestion Accompagner les départements des ressources humaines lors des différents audit RH Participer aux audits financiers externes Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'organisation et des processus

Formation et expérience

Brevet comptable ou équivalent Au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste à responsabilités similaires

Vos domaines de compétences

Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale (CO et IFRS) Maîtrise d’Excel et autres outils bureautiques Connaissances d’un logiciel financier intégré, SAP si possible Français et anglais courant nécessaire. Allemand un plus
