**TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping **is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.**What you will do**
The Trading & Shipping business is fast-moving, dynamic and complex environment: it is necessary to understand the business and react quickly.
- You will report to the Management Control Coordinator within the Trading & Shipping financial team.
- Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- You will be in charge of the follow-up of the financial performance of the fleet of the vessels chartered worldwide to transport crude oil and petroleum products for all the affiliates of the company.
- You will assess, analyze and present the results of the activity on a weekly basis, ensuring the consistency with the accounting figures at each monthly and quarterly closing.
- You will produce the statistics related to the Shipping activity.
- You will in charge of the follow-up and calculation of the off balance sheet commitments related to time-chart contracts as well as the analysis and the alculation of the IFR16 impacts if any.
- You will improve, develop and upgrade the financial tools used to follow the activity and carry out the different analysis.
**Context and environment**
- You will be part of a dynamic team of 3 persons and will work closely with the SVP Shipping, the Charterers, the maritime Operators, the Economical studies team, Accountants and Financial Controllers.
- You have a Master Degree in Finance or Economy with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Strong analytical skills, reactivity and rigor are essential for this position.
- You have an good mastery of Excel and IT tools in general (Power BI.).
- You have good English and French verbal and writing skills
- You are dynamic, have a good team spirit and a great ability to communicate.
