AP Accountant

Our client is a company located close to Fribourg. Facing a maternity leave, it will need someone to help them during the second semester of the year.

Missions

As AP Accountant, you:

  • Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Profil du candidat

As AP Accountant, you:

  • have a first similar experience
  • have an excellent level of french and english
  • are immediately available
