TÂCHES PRINCIPALES

Accueil des patients étrangers pour leur venue au sein de la Clinique des Grangettes Prise de contact avec les patients pour définir leur parcours de soins Etablissement du programme médical avec les cabinets et médecins du site Coordination de toute la logistique nécessaire à leur séjour Suivi administratif : établissement du programme et coordination des rendez-vous, établissement des devis de prise en charge, suivi de la facturation et des encaissements en collaboration avec les services compétents Contact avec les prestataires externes Visite de la clinique lors de demande

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation de secrétaire médical·e ou formation jugée équivalente avec une expérience de quelques années dans cette fonction et une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des institutions de soins. Sens de la communication et de la discrétion Un sens du service développé Langue maternelle française et très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit A l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook) Organisé·e, rigoureux-se, autonome et flexible, avec un bon sens des priorités Un français parfait à l'écrit et à l'oral ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais d'au minimum B2
