Der Job

Als Technical Writer erwartet dich bei Adcubum ein vielfältiges Aufgabenspektrum. Du wirst Teil eines Scrum-Teams und verantwortest die Erstellung neuer und Überarbeitung bestehender Produktdokumentation im Zusammenhang mit unserer Software-Suite Adcubum Syrius. Die Produktdokumentation pflegst du im Redaktionssystem SCHEMA ST4. Du beteiligst dich aktiv in der Technical-Writer-Gilde, in der die Dokumentationsprozesse und Dokumentationsrichtlinien definiert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

Fachliche und technische Informationen zu einer Softwarekomponente, die in zwei bis drei Scrum-Teams entwickelt wird, zweck- und zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten Die Vollständigkeit und Aktualität der Produktdokumentation zum Fachgebiet sicherstellen Unternehmensweit einheitliche Terminologie in Zusammenarbeit mi der Technical-Writer-Gilde definieren und sicherstellen Bei der Erarbeitung und Pflege der unternehmensweiten redaktionellen Richtlinien und Leitfäden mitarbeiten Mit den Scrum-Teams während des Entwicklungsprozesses der Software zusammenarbeiten (z. B. Einbringen der Sicht des Anwenders, Unterstützung bei Bezeichnungen)

Unsere Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss oder einschlägige Qualifikation im Bereich Technische Redaktion/ Technische Dokumentation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Software-Dokumentation Sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie sehr gute redaktionelle und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Routine im Erfassen und Strukturieren von Inhalten in einem XML-basierten Redaktionssystem sowie im Topic-orientierten Schreiben, idealerweise mit SCHEMA ST4 Bereitschaft sich in komplexe Softwaresysteme und die zugehörige Fachlichkeit einzuarbeiten Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative Fachliches Know-how im Versicherungswesen ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
