Beschreibung

unser Produkt Team tatkräftig unterstützen kann. In dieser Position erweiterst du unser Team in Zürich-Seefeld. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Management, dem Produkt-Team und den Vertrieb zusammen, um das Produkt in seiner Komplexität zu verstehen und einfach zu Dokumentieren.

Du bist der/die Richtige, wenn Du
  • ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis besitzt und dich problemlos in komplexe Prozesse hineindenken kannst.
  • kommunikativ stark bist und sowohl mit Entwicklern als auch mit anderen Abteilungen mühelos kommunizieren kannst.
  • pädagogisches Geschick mitbringst und in der Lage bist, auch komplizierte Ideen so zu erklären, dass sie leicht verständlich sind.
  • redaktionelle Skills besitzt und eine Vorliebe fürs Detail hast.
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift fliessend beherrschst.
Zudem bist/hast Du idealerweise
  • eine Perspektive, in der du Probleme als Chancen für Lösungen siehst, anstatt sie als Hindernisse wahrzunehmen
  • Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
Persönlich
  • kannst Du selbständig Lösungen erarbeiten, arbeitest aber auch gerne im Team
  • bist Du kommunikativ und kritisch, aber kompromissbereit.
  • siehst Du selbständiges Arbeiten und Vertrauen als wichtigen Bestandteil eines kreativen und kollegialen Teams
