Technical Football Content Writer (Freelancer):

To support the
FIFA Training Centre, FIFA is looking to recruit an English speaking
Technical Football Content Writer with strong analytical, writing and editing skills
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall development of the FIFA Training Centre
  • digital platform designed for coaches, technical leaders, coach educators, performance analysts and performance specialists
  • Help identify, plan and create digital content for the above mentioned target groups
  • Writeup detailed session plans
  • Translate scientific findings into easily understandable content for a general coaching audience
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external football experts
  • Conduct interviews, conceptualize ideas, produce written and visual content

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Work experience as a Technical Football Content Creator
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Bachelor in Sports Science or related field
  • Strong technical background in football (advanced coaching license, coaching experience)
  • Experience in coaching education, technical leadership, goalkeeper coaching, talent development or performance analysis a plus
  • Interest and experience in sports science, particularly coaching science, is a plus
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Willingness to travel worldwide for extended periods on a regular basis
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
