  • Gesamtprojektleitung und -mitarbeit in der Produkt-/Prozessentwicklung (von der Idee bis zur Serienreife)
  • Führen von crossfunktionalen Projektteams inklusive Stakeholder-Management
  • Durchführen von Machbarkeitsstudien zur Evaluierung von möglichen Konzepten inkl. Risikoanalyse
  • Vorbereiten, leiten und dokumentieren von Projektbesprechungen
  • Erstellen und aktualisieren des Projekt-Controllings und Reporting
  • Zusammenführen und bewerten von Resultaten aus den Grundlagen- und Funktionstests bis zur Serienfreigabe

Qualifikationen

  • Technische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung HF, FH oder ETH (Maschinenbau)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Entwicklung und Konstruktion
  • Hoher Drive und innovativer Mindset gepaart mit analytischem Urteilsvermögen und strukturiertem Denken
  • Hohes Mass an Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Qualifikation in der Produkt-/ Prozessentwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Angewandte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststofftechnik und Spritzgusswerkzeuge
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15%)
