Job Vacancy:  Commercial & Broadcast Ops Team Leader - UEFA
Location:  Nyon, Switzerland
Main goal

One of the Commercial Operations unit’s key roles is to organise the delivery of commercial operations rights at all UEFA club competition season matches, one of which is the UEFA Europa League (UEL). The Commercial & Broadcast Operations Team Leader manages a team carrying out the tasks, projects or sub-projects delegated to them. The Commercial & Broadcast Operations Team Leader contributes actively to the delivery of commercial rights and ensures that UEFA’s commercial partners adhere to the defined operational procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities Leading the correct implementation of the broadcast partners’ rights at all UEL matches in accordance with their contractual agreements Supporting this implementation across other competitions, including national team competitions Serving as one of the key contacts for the Venue Operations and Broadcast Managers (VOBMs) who deliver matches on-site Acting as Venue Operations and Broadcast Manager for season matches and finals Coordinating and drafting operational documentation, content for manuals, guidelines, procedures, reports and archive activities Providing back-office support before, during and after UEL match weeks (match command centre, VOBM hotline, etc.), and supporting other competitions, as required Working in close coordination with internal stakeholders (Football Operations, Media Rights and Production Services, etc.) as well as UEFA’s marketing agency and suppliers Preparing content for workshops, training sessions, and briefings Coordinating specific assigned tasks and projects in the unit Providing support with ICT platforms and monitoring that tools are fully available and functional for all users Using their organisational skills to ensure that all elements of the assigned tasks are delivered to the required standards and in accordance with all applicable rules, guidelines, or regulations
