We are hiring a Security Specialist Manager to lead a team of world-class cybersecurity sellers in the Enterprise tier. As a proven sales leader, you will support your team in achieving and exceeding targets by delivering end-to-end security thought leadership, strategies, and transformational customer outcomes. You will enable and empower your team to drive security wins by guiding them on planning, orchestration and execution of security opportunities, as well as working with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and upsell. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Extensive years of experience in technology-related sales or account managementOR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experienceOR equivalent experience Cybersecurity Sales (must) and Consulting background with focus on large enterprise customers. Certain Industry knowhow (e.g. FSI/FSO AND or luxury & retail sector preferred) Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business leaders, especially CISO, by aligning & reinforcing the value of cybersecurity solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria. Solid understanding of the Microsoft Security XDR, Data security and Microsoft Cloud Security offerings and complementing solutions. The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft's security solutions and have a firm understanding of Microsoft's strategies, together with security offerings relative to major Microsoft competitors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Communication: Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate sales objectives, provide feedback and communicate with C-level stakeholders. Strategic Thinking to identity market opportunities, develop sales strategies and make informed decisions.  A few years of experience in people management.Problem solving: Strong problem-solving skills address challenges, overcome objections and find solutions to meet sales target.Time Management: Effective time management skill to help prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently ensuring sales goals are metIndustry Experience: Strong understanding security industry and market trends
Technical passion with good understanding of multi-cloud security technologies - Threat protection (Endpoint security, E-mail security, Incident Response, etc.), Kill Chain, CNAPP, SIEM, Multi-Cloud Security (ACR business), Identity and Access management is a plus. Experience with competitive Security solutions (e.g. Palo Alto, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a strong understanding of customers’ industries and business priorities, discusses customer needs and solutions based on customer insights and supports and coaches the team to drive the security sales business for enterprise commercial customers in Switzerland. Leads the team to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders to grow Microsoft Security share of wallet driving the security business end-to-end. Sales Execution: Acts as a thought leader in digital transformation and lead team to develop strategies that help understand customer business needs and accelerate revenue and growth for the Swiss security business. Sales Excellence: Drives, leads and coaches sales excellence strategic and major accounts in various industries such as FSI/FSO. Supporting Security sales professionals on End-to-End Security business to drive revenue. Provides consistent coaching rhythm leveraging coaching framework Model | Coach | Care. Leads the team to increase customer relevance by driving adoption of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM). Enhances cybersecurity, cyberrisk & sales capabilities across the organization to achieve excellence in customer interactions on CxO level. Attracts, develops and retain talent. Delivers results through teamwork: Drive execution of projects and value selling; drive a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning; partner and collaborate with other teams.
