About this job Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital payments? Do you want to translate complex business requirements into sustainable, state-of-the-art IT solutions? To strengthen our Enterprise Architecture & IT Solution Design team, we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated personality in Zurich - to start immediately or as agreed. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, solution architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders from partner banks. Your primary responsibility is to lead and structure comprehensive business and requirements analysis, ensuring that all business objectives are accurately translated into actionable system requirements. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end requirements analysis and management, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives and IT architecture throughout the project lifecycle Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional system requirements, considering economic, organizational, and technical constraints for sustainable solutions Act as a communication bridge between business units, IT teams, and external partners, fostering clarity, consensus, and smooth collaboration across all stakeholders Collaborate with project teams to deliver holistic solutions, resolve requirement conflicts, and support seamless transition from design to implementation Provide decision support through impact analysis and manage change requests, ensuring compliance with governance processes and minimizing project risks Define and validate acceptance criteria, support quality checks, and guarantee that solutions meet agreed functional and non-functional requirements QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a related technical leadership role You have strong functional and non-functional requirements gathering skills You are experienced in applying SAFe principles to facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across ARTs Experience in the Swiss financial sector (Payment Solutions) is a plus You are successful in expressing complex concepts in a way that is understandable to a non-technical audience Strong communication skills in very good English, German, and optionally also Italian Job benefits At Viseca you will work in a dynamic and creative environment with good development opportunities.
