You'll gain valuable insights into both local and global best practices, helping businesses navigate the fast-paced digital era with confidence.Join a team that values excellence, forward-thinking, and continuous innovation-where your expertise will help shape the future of enterprise technology.Main responsibilities:Develop subject-specific foundations for creating project assignments Analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT systems, and material resources, and identify weaknesses Translate business requirements into ICT requirements Prepare quality assurance measures according to specified requirements Develop solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the gathered requirements Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the outcomes of these communications Your profile:Master's or Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline Several years of professional experience in a similar role You are a team- and customer-oriented personality with excellent analytical and conceptual skills You have a quick grasp of new concepts, a high level of initiative, and a structured way of working You can explain and present complex topics in an understandable way and possess excellent communication skills German and English language skills are a must-have You are used to working independently but can also collaborate closely with stakeholders and the offshore team
