Championing a collaborative, supportive and flexible work environment empowers our colleagues to reach their full potential.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior / Associate Business Analyst to join our team in Zurich, supporting the delivery of tax-related functionalities within a leading core banking platform.Our team works on both domestic tax regimes (e.g. Germany, Switzerland) and international regulatory frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, QI, and others. You will work closely with other Business Analysts and Software Engineers and gradually build strong expertise in banking taxation and regulatory reporting.This role combines business analysis and functional understanding with exposure to technical topics. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated to grow at the intersection of finance, regulation, and technology.We value analysts who not only understand tax complexity, but can also dig into data, write SQL queries, and collaborate seamlessly with engineers.
