Are you curious, proactive and always striving to bring positive impact to clients?We're looking for a client account manager to:manage daily business in UHNW and HNW client servicing and provide high quality servicebe the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and depositsbe the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clientsmanage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshootingperform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligenceresearch, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manneridentify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisorsupport client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience, taking care of administrative, risk and legal & compliance related tasks and dutiessupport client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetingsjoin client advisors occasionally in client meetingsYour teamYou'll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) Greece & Cyprus team in Geneva. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You'll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.Your expertisefinancial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry(bachelor's) degree or equivalent financial qualificationssolid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit productseffective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge othersable to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possibleinterest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clientssound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely resultssuperior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidenceconfident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentprofessional level in English required, French is beneficial, other languages (particularly Greek) are a plus.About UsUBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
