From our gallery in Zurich, we source exceptional furniture and partner with renowned international workshops to serve the Swiss luxury market.We are currently developing astrategic innovation project(targeting innovation grants) designed to bring a new decorative option for public spaces (airport, lobbies, malls, concert halls...).The Opportunity & VisionWe are seeking a strategic partner to join as aCo-Founder. This is a two-phase entrepreneurial journey:Phase 1 (Now – 2026):Focus on the Swiss market and the development of B2B sales (by connecting with luxury brands headquartered in Switzerland)and B2C sales (by collaborating with other high-end brands and organizing events in our gallery in Zurich) -> (2 days/week, Sweat Equity).Phase 2 (Starting 2027):Scalability phase. Sales activities will expandinternationally with the launch of our innovation, and this role is designed to transition into asalaried position at 80% FTE.Key Responsibilities (2 days / week)B2B Business Development (50%):Prospecting and building long-term partnerships with established luxury brands and hospitality groups across Switzerland.B2C & Community Engagement (50%):Organizing exclusive events, workshops, and collaborations at our Zurich gallery to drive brand prestige.Innovation & Growth:Collaborating on our innovation grant applications and preparing the groundwork for international expansion in 2027.Qualifications & RequirementsEntrepreneurial Drive:Proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the luxury or high-end market.Strategic Network:Ideally, you already possess an active network of contacts within Swiss-based luxury companies (Watchmaking, Jewelry, High-end Hospitality).Languages:Fluency inEnglishis essential;Germanis a strong asset.Financial Commitment:Ability to contributeCHF 80,000to the company's capital.Mandatory Requirement:Please note that the capital contribution ofCHF 80,000is a strict prerequisite for this Co-Founder position. Candidates who do not have the immediate financial capacity to make this investment will not be considered.
