This role will shift our go-to-market from mostly inbound to a balanced mix of inbound, outbound, and partner motions. You'll design how the function works, lead the SDR/BDR teams in EMEA and AMER, and put in place the systems and processes needed to scale pipeline generation effectively.What you'll be doing:GTM Strategy & Leadership:You will build and lead the global Revenue Operations team, overseeing SDR and BDR functions across regions. This includes defining the structure, hiring plan, territories, and productivity benchmarks to ensure strong coverage and an efficient funnel. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partners to put the allbound GTM strategy into action by establishing clear, consistent workflows.Pipeline Generation & Execution: You'll turn ICPs, personas, and buying signals into practical outreach plays and cadences, guiding how SDRs and BDRs engage prospects. Working closely with Marketing across ABM, demand generation, and content, you'll oversee campaign execution and ensure teams hit their pipeline goals. You'll also stay aligned with Regional Sales Leaders on pipeline expectations and territory management to keep coverage balanced and results predictable.GTM Engineering & Systems:You'll lead the push for data, automation, and AI to improve pipeline speed and conversion, and ensure the teams fully adopt modern GTM tools for enrichment, sequencing, and outreach. Working with Marketing, you'll define shared analytics and reporting standards, including Salesforce dashboards, funnel metrics, and attribution models. You'll also create performance playbooks and outreach templates that fit seamlessly into the broader enablement strategy.What you bring:7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS, including leadership of SDR/BDR or Inside Sales teams.Demonstrated success in building or scaling a global pipeline-generation function.Strong understanding of modern GTM architectures (Inbound, Outbound, Partner-led).Hands-on experience with GTM automation tools and outreach platforms (e. g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and new arising AI Marketing Tools).Excellent leadership and people development skills.Data-driven mindset with proven ability to connect activity metrics to revenue outcomes.Experience in AI-assisted sales engagement or buyer-intent analytics.Prior collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Gen and Partner teams in integrated GTM programs is a plus.Understanding of complex enterprise buying journeys and multi-stakeholder deal cycles is a plus.Fluent in English; German is a big plus.Why join Flowable:You will enjoy flexible working hours, training, and home-office possibilities.
