Your ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for the assigned products throughout its entire lifecycleYou assess the product lifecycle and initiate measures to achieve the business unit's targets in coordination with the key stakeholdersYou are responsible for product definition and specification based on input and/or the roadmap from the Product Strategy Office, customers, R&D, and market trendsYou are in charge of direct customer contact, including the consolidation of customer insightsYou manage and execute all market- and product-related activities (cost reduction programs, cost control, pricing strategy, profitability)You lead new product integrations in collaboration with Project Management and Marketing (launch materials, online content)You translate the innovation roadmap into profitable and differentiated value propositionsYou oversee decisions regarding the regional coverage of products and harmonize regional needs via the product-market matrixYou support and work in close collaboration with Technical Sales, customers, and R&D to define the product strategy and portfolio of the product lineYou are responsible for providing the necessary input and managing the development of the engine configuratorYour ProfileYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering or a related fieldYou bring more than 5 years of experience in product management and engineering within the combustion engine development in matrix organizationsYou possess strong knowledge of powertrain solutions for land defence applicationsYou are fluent in German and English (C1) and have an excellent command of French (B2)You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft ProjectYou are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset. Your enthusiastic and open personality, combined with excellent communication, adaptability, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, set you apart.
