Senior Product Manager

Their expertise encompasses highly accurate molecular diagnostic systems and advanced bioanalytical technologies, supporting advancements in health and scientific research.We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals on their behalf, eager to contribute to the progression of science and the enhancement of global health.Your Role and Impact:As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing the informatics portfolio strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans in collaboration with regional sales teams.Contributing to and executing the long-range plan for the business.Conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.Monitoring product performance and initiating corrective actions when necessary.Creating regular reports and analyses on product performance and revenue.Developing solid business cases and managing financial planning.Establishing strong networks and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.Providing insights into user needs and market trends to drive product innovation.Participating actively and leading execution in cross-functional teams.What You Bring:Over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the medical device business.At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.Knowledge of Networks and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).Experience working in a cross-functional, international environment.A solid understanding of clinical diagnostics, particularly immunohematology.Experience in Usability and LEAN management.Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.Offer & Benefits:Our client values its people above all and provides a Total Rewards program that delivers offerings that are valuable, quality-driven, and inclusive to meet the diverse needs of their evolving workforce.
