Your ResponsibilitiesYou lead technical projects related to electrical and electronic systems (E/E) and software within Defence programsYou drive continuous improvement and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external partnersYou develop system roadmaps based on component and function breakdowns, aligned with engine and machine architectureYou act as the interface for control systems deliverables between Liebherr Project Managers and customersYou represent control systems in project and customer meetings, reporting to both project and line managementYou coordinate and manage ECU adaptations based on Defence project requirementsYou oversee Defence-specific electronic and hardware adaptationsYou support the FRACAS process for issue resolution and improvementYou serve as a stakeholder for Defence-specific HW/SW architecture and align with vehicle manufacturers/integratorsYou act as a stakeholder for Defence-specific E/E componentsYour ProfileYou hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software Development, or a similar qualificationYou have several years of experience in control systems project management within the automotive or off-road industryYou possess very good knowledge of engine development processes and embedded software and hardware developmentYou bring project management training or certification, with advanced skills in MS ProjectYou demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident leadership presenceYou have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and openness to changeYou are fluent in English, and additional languages are an assetOur OfferCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
