Dezember 2025 oder früher ein/eContinuous Improvement & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Spezialist/in, Pensum 80-100%Deine Rolle – Gestalten und Optimieren· Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung (KVP) voran, indem Du betriebsweite Projekte leitest und erfolgreich umsetzt.· Du bist der Motor für Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung durch den gezielten Einsatz von Lean Six Sigma Methoden / Digitalisierung.· Du gewährleistest die volle Konformität mit allen EHS-Vorschriften (Environment, Health & Safety) und trägst aktiv zur Sicherheit bei.· Du schulst Mitarbeitende und steuerst die Qualität durch die Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Audits in den Bereichen Lean Six Sigma, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz.· Du etablierst eine nachhaltige Operational Excellence Kultur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen.· Du sicherst die GMP-Konformität durch die Unterstützung bei Prozessanpassungen und die Begleitung von Change-Control-Prozessen.Dein Know-how – Fundiert und Zielgerichtet· Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.· Profunde Berufserfahrung im stark regulierten pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Umfeld.· Expertise in Lean Management und Six Sigma (mindestens Green Belt-Zertifizierung) sowie KVP-Methodik.· Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen EHS, Arbeitssicherheit und/oder Umweltmanagement.· Sicherheit im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (GMP). Kenntnisse der ISO 14001 und ISO 9001 sind ein Plus.· Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und analytisch.
