The Junior Legal Counsel will work closely with the legal leadership team, providing support on commercial contracting matters. The role also involves assisting in the development of legal templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and standardization within the legal function. Proficiency in French is required for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide legal support on a range of commercial contracting matters, particularly within the medical devices sectorDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure legal and regulatory complianceAssist in the development of legal templates and playbooks, improving efficiency and consistency in contract managementWork closely with the legal leadership team and internal stakeholders to provide practical and business-oriented legal adviceSupport the broader legal function with strategic legal initiativesYOUR PROFILELawyer, ideally French-qualified, with experience in commercial contracting, particularly in the medical devices sectorAbility to confidently manage a variety of commercial legal matters independentlyFluent in French; proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a strong plusProven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with flexibility for on-site work if requiredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
