You'll own the strategic marketing levers that drive value growth of existing customers — from positioning and NPS to community engagement and upselling.Your roleAs our Marketing Strategist & Customer Value Lead, you will connect brand strategy, customer insight, and value execution. You'll ensure that Inyova's communication, content, and customer initiatives create lasting value and loyalty.In detail, you will be responsible for:Owning Marketing StrategyLead the development Inyova's marketing strategy, aligned with Inyova Strategy 2026Own the annual marketing budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation across channels and initiativesDrive Inyova's tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsOversee PR, strategic website upgrades, and visual language alignment Customer Value & RetentionIncrease customer lifetime value (CLTV) by, e.g., driving upselling initiatives, cross-selling initiatives, or increasing customer retentionGrow customer happiness, measured as NPS, and gather customer insights to continuously improve Inyova's value propositionYour profileYou are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, brand, and customer experience.
