**Summary**

Responsible for designing, creating, and executing marketing strategies.

**Essential Functions**
- Partner with internal customers to understand, develop and mature their marketing objectives.
- Create project plans and marketing activities that meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop campaign strategy for products and/or features that add value to the end customers and prospects.
- Ensure Raven’s marketing strategy and activities
- align with and positively impact our relationships with external customers.
- Actively manage projects and provide oversite to ensure outcomes are met.
- Provide marketing support for Raven-hosted events.
- Attend trade shows and customer visits.
- Establish, track and report on key metrics to measure success of marketing efforts.
- Maintain working knowledge of all new and existing products and services.
- Respond to general marketing inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Keep informed of new developments, methods, and techniques in the marketing profession.
- Collaborate to ensure Go To Market success.
- Demonstrates support for company culture in their daily actions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Business acumen to work with all levels of leadership.
- Exceptional oral and written communications.
- Proficiency with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs and Google Analytics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
- Travel up to 50% of time
