**Your role**
- Are you interested in driving change in a truly global, diverse and fast changing environment? Are you looking to get an understanding of the strategy and operations of Communications and Branding (C&B)? Are you willing to drive the evolution of communications topics into the next stage, including improved data-driven approach and cross-team collaboration? Do you have outstanding change management and relationship management skills, as well as deep strategic experience?
- If yes, we are looking for someone like you to:
- Manage C&B strategic change & business optimization projects, with focus on Corporate Communications
- Provide troubleshooting, problem solving and project management expertise to C&B and especially Corporate Communications staff
- Prepare recommendations and presentations to senior management
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders’ expectations

**Your team**
- You will be working in the C&B Strategy & Business Optimization team, which sits within the C&B Operating Office in Zurich. The C&B Operating Office has the mandate to drive an effective and efficient operational environment within C&B, including optimizing the operating model for the future. To facilitate this, the Strategy & Business Optimization team drives the development of C&B’s strategic vision and ambition, drives strategic initiatives and programs, and partners with the C&B functional heads in co-developing and operationalizing their business strategies.

**Your expertise**
- A university degree with focus on business strategy, management, operations and at least 5 years of professional experience (preferably in the consulting environment)
- Deep expertise in Project and Change Management
- Communications skills to translate complex strategic and operational issues into simple and understandable presentations with a clear structure, storyline and recommendations
- Strong communicator with exceptional soft skills who can work with all levels of seniority
- Comfortable to work both independently and as a project lead, and to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Hands on, analytical and content focused team player
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and very strong MS office skills (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
- Knowledge of communications functions / businesses desirable, but not required
