We're looking for a RevOps Specialist who combines operational precision with creative outreach.Someone who can build and manage our end-to-end developer acquisition funnel - from initial contact to booked intro call - while constantly optimizing performance.You'll own the entire outreach process: design and execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs), write personalized messages that convert, and maintain a clean, structured funnel in Pipedrive.You'll be the first human touchpoint with potential sellers, representing Bluethrone's brand, values, and professionalism in every written interaction.This is a back-office role that requires native-level written English, excellent communication skills, and a sharp sense of detail. You'll work closely with the Acquisition Leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and a smooth handover to our acquisition process.What you'll be doingOutreach & Funnel ManagementBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).Write clear, natural, native-level English messages - especially written - that drive engagement and trust.Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.Ensure pipeline accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.Optimization & AnalysisContinuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements.Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.Be on the lookout for opportunities to automate manual functions with the goal of streamlining and improving revenue operations.CollaborationWork closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.What you'll need to succeedNative-level written English.3+ years in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound workflows (ideally with mobile app creators or digital product founders).Ability to design and execute outreach that actually converts, not just "send volume."Strong pipeline handling: structure, visibility, prioritization, accuracy.Analytical mindset focused on learning, experimentation, and measurable improvement.Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment.Organized, detail-driven, and committed to continuous iteration rather than "set and forget."Bonus points for:Experience engaging app developers or founders.Familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem.What success will look likeA steady flow of qualified developer leads moving into intro calls.Ongoing improvements in response and conversion across each funnel stage.A clean, reliable pipeline in Pipedrive with clear visibility and insights.Smooth collaboration and handover between sourcing and acquisition.
