We can't wait to get to know youAs a Revenue Operations Manager you'll define, develop, and implement automated processes, tools, and systems that enable our Distribution Team—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will be owning insights and workflows that will inform the Distribution department to sharpen their forecasting, identify risks and boost efficiency in the distribution department. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends process design, automation, analytics, and collaboration.What you will do:Process OptimizationRedesign and streamline existing processes to ensure scalability and eliminate manual work. Ensure all processes are optimized for automation and aligned across the Distribution team.Define and implement new processes that drive operational efficiency and business goals.Build and maintain dashboards and reports on Hubspot and Tableau. Turn data into actionable insights, showcasting pipeline trends and boosting sales.Enable teams to operate with data-driven insights and scalable infrastructure.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration across the customer journey regarding handovers between the teams, deal transition and KPIs.Partner with key stakeholders in the Distribution team to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and process improvements.Support cross-team initiatives that enhance productivity and data transparency.Tender ManagementOversee the process of tenders, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are accurately addressedCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, product and legal to gather necessary information and tailor tender submission to meet quality standardsWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldExperience in Sales or Business Development of 2+ yearsProven experience in defining and implementing back-office sales processes, tool implementation and automation preferably in a SAASStrong written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishAbility to effectively present and engage with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights that improve sales effectivenessOrganizational skills, with the ability to work independentlyAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and find solutions to challenges faced by the sales team together with the team leadWhat we offer in return:Empowering workplace:Join a passionate team and an empowering workplace where you are given the ownership, tools, and support to make decisions and take initiative.
