DescriptionOUR IMPACTPrivate Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client's particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services. YOUR IMPACTThis role will be a key member of the Goldman Sachs Bank AG management team overseeing critical business functions to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations. The role of the employee will include, but is not limited to the following; Ongoing creation and review of key data to ensure processes are performed well and enhanced where needed (including preparation of reporting to GSBE Board)Ongoing control testing of processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsOngoing creation and review of procedure documentation as well as future testing control upliftsThe employee will be collaborating closely with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and other functional teams on the aforementioned processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within regulatory change, consulting, or a legal/compliance functionAlternatively, a completed professional education (e.g., *eidgenössischer Fachausweis* or *eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis* in a finance-related discipline) or a recognized paralegal qualification, complemented by relevant practical experienceFluent in English (written and spoken)Proficiency in at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian) is considered a significant asset, particularly for roles requiring interaction across different linguistic regionsDemonstrated strategic thinking with robust problem-solving and data analysis capabilities, coupled with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutionsProven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration across diverse functions and influencing outcomes to achieve key objectivesStrong drive for execution, with a proactive approach to learning and contributing within a team environment to deliver high-quality resultsExcellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence in interacting professionally with senior management and external partnersABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
