Morgan's Private Banking business. You would lead new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning. This role is also responsible for the client experience and engaging our resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution.Job Responsibilities:Keenly focus on prospecting and acquiring new clients and new assets from new and existing Ultra High Net Worth clients from TurkeyMaintain and further develop an existing book of business consisting of Ultra High Net Worth clients from TurkeySales and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients as appropriateLeverage and coordinate specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Wealth Advisor, and other Subject Matter Experts)) to provide interdisciplinary expertise for our most complex clientsManage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced, specifically adhering to J.P. Morgan Risk Management frameworkEnsure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal J.P. Morgan policies and procedures.Monitor and manage risks associated with clients' relationship with the firm and take proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationshipsEnsure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objectivesDeliver seamless and exceptional service excellence, and on need basis engage XLOB partners to enrich the overall client experience with J.P. MorganRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Proven track record and experience as a Private Banker or in a similar role, with focus on the Turkey wealth market, working with UHNW families, entrepreneurs, executives, single family offices and endowmentsPrevious business development experience and skillsProven sales success including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referralsResult oriented, with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, always working within a regulatory and risk managed frameworkStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sufficient attention to details and accuracyExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Turkish (preferred) and EnglishAbility to work independently an as a part of a team, with a client centric approachStrong relationship management and team building skills; views team collaboration as critical to the business modelPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g. CFA, CFP) preferred.Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, credit, and wealth planning concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and lending solutions, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunitiesAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment
