Human by nature.AsHead of Delivery Systems, Fragrance,you will manage the development of the latest fragrance delivery technologies, overseeing the full innovation lifecycle from R&D to product and process industrialization. You will guide downstream business activities and fragrance development, while ensuring operational excellence across footprint management, quality, and supply chain performance and ensure a business-focused innovation pipeline.In this important global role, you will head the end-to-end Delivery Systems organisation across our sites in Argenteuil, Singapore, and Vernier, encouraging collaboration to deliver cost-effective, market-winning solutions that enhance consumer experiences and meet the evolving needs of our customer.
