 Job title - Fragrance Development Student Intern

Location – Geneva, Switzerland

Our Perfumery & Beauty Business Unit in Geneva is looking for a Fragrance Development Student Intern for a 6 months assignment starting in February/March 2026.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support – objective to work with Global AP Deo team in GVA to aid in evaluations & tasks.
• Fragrance Development – objective to grow / develop fragrance development skills through shadowing team in olfactive exercises and with perfumer interaction.
• Deo Global Market Knowledge – objective to grow global market expertise through learning portfolio /updating documents.
• Learn category evaluation techniques.
• Give support to Hair and Deodorant teams when needed.

You Bring:

• 2 + years of olfactive training.
• Fluency in French & English.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• A curious and willing to learn attitude.

Pre-requisites:

• This internship is only available to students who are currently enrolled and have a valid internship agreement. You must remain a student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Only students who are Swiss, European or with a Swiss residency/student Permit are eligible to apply.
