 HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNLocation: Geneva - 12 Months Experience HR beyond the ordinary : international projects, Swiss compliance, and a vibrant global culture. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Human Resources Intern, you are responsible for HR support, compliance, projects. You will assist the HR team in daily operations and strategic projects, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor regulations and supporting initiatives like time management system implementation and benefits transition.   Your main focus:  Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee inquiriesAssist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with Swiss legislationManage projects such as time recording system rollout and benefits transition with Aon brokerCollaborate with Accenture and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate HR processesContribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives  Working for Coty means celebrating the diversity of beauty. As a Human Resources Intern, you work autonomously, show empathy, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
