Continuously updated by partner suppliers, the database ensures competitive and regularly refreshed offerings to meet user needs.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Head of Product to lead and manage the development and execution of Paular's product strategy. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Geneva. The Head of Product will oversee the lifecycle of our product offerings, work closely with stakeholders to align strategy, conduct market research, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our products in the competitive dental market.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Product Management and Product StrategyStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess data-driven insights effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersProficiency in Market Research and the ability to identify trends and opportunitiesProven leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environmentExperience in the dental or healthcare procurement industry is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, or a related fieldFrench, german and english are mandatory. Another language will be welcome
